August Meeting - Usergroup BBQ in the Park!

August 01 2014 by Nick Kwiatkowski

On Thursday August 14th, 2012 we will be holding our annual User Group Picnic in the Park.  Everybody is welcome -- this will just be a relaxed evening coupled with hotdogs, burgers, and friends.  This will be a family-friendly event (Patriarche Park has a great playground!).

We will be meeting at 6:30, and the food should be ready around 7:00.  We will be on the east-end of the baseball fields (in the wooded area). Patriarche Park is located on the corner of Alton and Saginaw Highway, in East Lansing (about a mile north of campus).  Food and drinks will be provided.  If you have any special dietary needs (such as Betsy Weber's Bacon-and-Cupcake-Only diet), please bring that along, though.

If the weather prohibits us from meeting in the park, we will be meeting about 1/4 mile west at Reno's East.
